Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a beverage every once in a while, keep your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your money belt, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Take only the money you expect to use on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to throw away and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You might have a win after a boozy night out with your friends and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute toss at a hot craps table. Hang on to that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently consume alcohol and wager. The two just don’t go well together.

Leaving your moolah back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but precautionary measures for excessive actions is essential. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink alcohol and play. If you like to burn your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the gratis booze you are able to handle, but do not carry charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk self loses everything!

Let me to carry this 1 step further. do not drink alcohol and then go on the internet to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my abode, but considering that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can not drink and bet.

Why? Although I don’t drink alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is absolutely sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. When mixed, both create a decimating, and costly, cocktail.
